這正是臺大國際引水人計畫同學們日前在「利害關係人參與與策略思考」密集工作坊中，深入探索的核心課題！我們非常榮幸能邀請到詹千慧(Jessie)老師，她是一位擁有超過 25 年跨國巨頭(FMCG)、電商與組織顧問經驗的資深行銷策略師與商業導師，為大家帶來這場活力滿滿的精采課程。
透過 Jessie 老師招牌的「洞察工作坊」框架，同學們親自動手拆解實戰心法：從「利害關係人識別」精準鎖定核心關鍵，到掌握「以客戶為中心」的心法來換位思考、創造真正價值，並進一步修煉「策略性溝通」，將複雜的觀點轉化為有力的訊息。

What should you look out for the moment you step into an organization?

This was the core question our NTU OIP students recently dived into during our intensive workshop on stakeholder engagement and strategic thinking! We were thrilled to have Jessie Chen—a powerhouse marketing strategist and business mentor with over 25 years of cross-industry expertise in FMCG, e-commerce, and organizational consulting—lead this high-energy session.
Through Jessie’s signature "Insight Workshop" framework, students rolled up their sleeves to tackle stakeholder identification to map out who matters most, master customer-centered approaches to deliver real value from the outside in, and sharpen strategic communication to turn complex ideas into powerful messages.
The room was buzzing with interactive discussions and practical breakthroughs. A huge thank you to Jessie for sparking so many "aha!" moments, and kudos to our students for bringing their sharp minds!
