臺大與 PASONA 集團再度攜手,將於 2026 年 6 月攜手選送學生至淡路島展開深度見習!
2020年PASONA階段性將總部遷往位於兵庫縣瀨戶內海東部的淡路島,不僅為員工創造「真正豐富的生活方式及多元的工作型態」,更試圖以企業的身份解決社會問題,在島上打造文化、藝術、健康、美食、教育等活動,加速當地多元產業的萌生,為淡路島創造大量就業機會,並帶來大量國際人才。
透過走訪複合式農家餐廳、主題樂園與在地永續實驗基地,深入探索農業商業模式,並在禪坊靖寧體驗文化與生活風格的整合。本次行程除了豐富的產業參訪,更安排了與在地青年組織(AYF)交流、聆聽產業前輩職涯心法、探索創新科技與傳統工藝轉型,最後將走訪關西大學進行校際交流,交換對地方議題的觀察與看法。

臺大學生補助名額與額度:一般生補助新臺幣30,000元,至多15人(以出團人數30人50%計算);經濟不利之本地生可向學務處申請夢田深耕補助(連結);經濟不利之非中華民國籍學生得提出相關證明並經本處審定後,比照夢田深耕計畫之國際交流方案,酌增本獎學金之獎助額度。
臺科大、臺師大學生補助名額與額度:國立臺灣大學系統將擇優臺科大、臺師大各一名學生發給獎學金新台幣30,000元。
NTU and PASONA are partnering once again to select students for anin-depth internship on Awaji Island in June 2026!
In2020, PASONA relocated its headquarters to Awaji Island, located in the easternpart of the Seto Inland Sea in Hyogo Prefecture. The company aims not only tocreate an “enriching lifestyle and diverse work styles”for its employees but to address societal issues through corporate initiatives.By developing activities related to culture, art, health, cuisine, andeducation, PASONA is accelerating the growth of various industries on theisland, generating numerous job opportunities and attracting internationaltalent.
You will explore agricultural businessmodels by visiting farm-to-table restaurants, theme parks, and sustainableexperimental labs, while experiencing the harmony of Japanese culture andlifestyle at Zenbo Seinei. Beyond industrial site visits, the program featuresexchanges with the Awaji Youth Federation (AYF), mentorship sessions withindustry professionals, and explorations of innovative technology andtraditional craft revitalization. The itinerary concludes with a visit toKansai University for academic exchange and discussions on regional issues.
Eligibility: 20 NTU, NTUST, NTNUdegree-seeking students (students must have active student status in 2025/2026academic year and during the traineeship period) have priorities

Fees:

2. Program Fee: NT$5,000 (Payment is required after admission; non-refundable)
3. Group Fee: NT$45,000 (Payment is required after admission; non-refundable, covers part of meals, accommodation,transportation, and related activities)

Scholarship Quota and Amount for NTU students:
General students: Basedon the application materials, each student will receive a scholarship of NT$30,000, up to 50% of the application quota (i.e. 15 participants)
Economically disadvantaged students:
Local students may apply for the Scholarship of Dream FieldComprehensive Support Program through the Office of Student Affairs.
If recipients who are not citizens of theRepublic of China (proof of documentation is required) may apply for anincreased amount of the Scholarship. NTU OIA shall assess and approve this increase based on the funding criteria for the international exchange plan of the Dream Field Comprehensive Support Program.
Scholarship Quota and Amount for NTNU & NTUST student: The National Taiwan University System will award a scholarship of NT$30,000 each to one outstanding student from Taiwan Tech (National Taiwan Universityof Science and Technology) and NTNU (National Taiwan Normal University).
