Course Introduction

Brief Intro

It is a dynamic workshop aimed at students who aspire to work in multinational companies, international organizations. This course covers key differences between public and private sectors, and provides strategies for building a global career.

Through a mix of expert insights and interactive exercises like mock interviews and networking role-plays, students will learn the essential skills sought by global employers and gain practical experience to confidently navigate the international job market.

🟢 Part 2: Job Search Strategies for MNCs & International Organizations (Lecture + Q&A)

• What Do MNCs & International Organizations Look for in Candidates?

🟢 Part 3: Interactive Workshop (30 min | Practical Exercises)

• Students pair up to practice answering common interview questions (e.g., “Tell me about yourself,” “Why do you want to join us?”).

• Peer feedback and expert tips from the instructor.

✅ Scenario Simulation: Networking Practice

• Scenario: “You are at an international career fair or a bouquet of diplomacy .”

• Students practice delivering their 30-second elevator pitch to different partners.

• Networking best practices shared by the instructor.

  • Required Online Course: Students must complete the online course titled "Preventing Harassment in the Workplace (2018)".
  • One Required Online Elective Course: Students must complete one online elective course of their choice.
