Born in 1996 in Johannesburg, South Africa, and raised in Taipei, Taiwan.
Graduated from the Department of Graphic Communication Arts at National Taiwan University of Arts.
In 2017, Frank embarked on his visual journey by sharing his work on Instagram under the handle @frankucc, using photography as a means to document life and connect with others. His expertise spans across photography and social media content creation.
Frank has collaborated with renowned brands such as Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Samsung, Wemo, Balmain, Taiwan Sea Group, Marc Jacobs, Marriott Group, Porsche, Mazda, as well as government and celebrity events.

Photography on Your Phone: Tips and Tricks for Stunning Shots course is crafted to guide participants in exploring the boundless potential of smartphone photography. It begins with the fundamentals of phone camera operation, offering in-depth explanations of various settings and functions, enabling participants to fully harness their device's capabilities. The course then emphasizes the use of light, guiding participants to experience its magic in photography and learn how to utilize natural and artificial light to create images with diverse atmospheres and textures.
In the practical segment, participants will learn shooting techniques for various scenarios, including landscapes, portraits, street scenes, and still life, ensuring they can apply their knowledge to capture satisfying images. Finally, the course introduces simple post-processing color grading techniques, allowing participants to use mobile applications to easily adjust photo colors, brightness, and contrast, adding personal style to their photos. Through this course, participants will break free from the limitations of smartphone photography and capture stunning images comparable to those taken with professional cameras."
