Biography

After a 25+ year career in FMCG cosmetics and consumer electronics, Jessie founded her consulting company, serving clients ranging from large enterprises to startups, NGOs, and social enterprises.

Colleagues describe her as a visionary and down-to-earth leader, with an innovative mind and a passion for empowering people with marketing skills.  Her notable achievements include leading a business turnaround at Johnson & Johnson and building the e-commerce business for L’Oréal APAC.

Thought our her career, Jessie experienced the role of team leader for various size of team in different industries, where she summarized the essence of Marketing and Marketing strategy into a condensed Insight workshop. This signature workshop had benefited more than 100 organizations, Jessie received positive feedback from elevating individual’s strategic thinking to business revenue increase.

Jessie believes that everybody would benefit from Marketing concept with customer-centered approach and insight-based strategy. She had served as a business mentor for more than 100 business executives and entrepreneurs, and host her signature Insight workshop for 100+ organizations.

Course Requirements:

  • Two Required In-Person Courses: Students must attend these courses at the designated time and location. If unable to attend, students must complete two online make-up elective courses for each missed in-person course.
  • Required Online Course: Students must complete the online course titled "Preventing Harassment in the Workplace (2018)".
  • One Required Online Elective Course: Students must complete one online elective course of their choice.
