NTU OIA sends NTU students to companies, research institutes, NGOs, and government agencies to do internships around the world through the NTU Overseas Internship Program. In addition to making positive impacts and exploring different career opportunities, students are guided by mentors who are mid-level managers or executive managers in the organizations. With the guidance, students can experience the workplace culture abroad and gain professional insights from their mentors.
In 2025, more organizations in different countries such as the Netherlands, South Korea and Vietnam, etc., are joining the NTU OIP. They are in various industries like food technology, aquaculture, animal science, biotech, space technology, AI, mechanical engineering, visual design, business development, government relations issue, Mandarin promotion, and so on. You will be provided with diverse job positions where you will be able to explore your possibilities.
NTU OIA will hold 3 info sessions to introduce the Overseas Internship Program, and we will also invite students who have joined the program to share their achievements and challenges during the internship. They will also discuss their cultural experiences and the amazing times they had abroad. Regardless of your degree or major, you have the opportunity to participate in the OIP and receive scholarships through the selection process. If you want to learn more about the program details, welcome to join the 2025 NTU OIP info session.
Besides the internship, NTU OIA will introduce 3 overseas traineeships which will occur during the 2025 winter vacation: “Tokyo: Where Tradition Meets Tomorrow”, “Paris: The Key to Luxury Industry” and “Awaji: Revitalizing a Timeless Island”.
