With over a decade of experience in travel organization and customer service, Anne Krauß began her career at Meissen-Tourist GmbH in 2007, where she specialized in travel organization, including preparation, review, invoicing, and product control. Her role involved negotiating prices, purchasing services, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and service providers both in Germany and abroad. In 2018, she transitioned to Meissen Keramik GmbH, a subsidiary of Cersanit S.A., where she served as an After Sales Service Specialist. In this role, she collaborated with various departments across Germany, Poland, and Romania, focusing on solution-oriented cooperation with B2B customers.
Her career advanced further in 2021 when she became the After Sales Team Leader at Meissen Keramik GmbH. she led a German-Polish team, managed work organization, and played a proactive role in resolving disputed complaints. Her responsibilities also included coordinating customer balance settlements, collaborating on projects with other departments, and setting and approving KPI targets.
Since 2022, she has been the Team Leader of the Spares Support Group at Tokyo Electron Europe Limited’s German Branch. In this role, she leads the team responsible for ensuring all spare parts orders for customers in Germany and Austria. She is also dedicated to maintaining strong relationships with the customers through regular meetings, reports, and statistics.
Spares Support Group Department is responsible to sell and distributes OEM Parts to our customers Anne Krauss is leading the team of 5 employees who are working as Customer Service Administrator or Parts Specialist. They are staying in touch with the customers and support them to have the necessary OEM Parts available. Specially if a tool is down or an urgent reparation needs to be down they are highly involved to get the parts as fast as possible and to make our customer satisfied. Usually all of them working in our office in Dresden. While we have a working from home policy in place they can work up to 3 days from home, but they need to ensure that minimum one of them is available in the office and once per week they are all in the office.
