Gemma Noonan leads the best HR team to ensure Mediatek business success in Europe. Gemma is a people leader, supporting business leaders and their teams to achieve their strategic plans. She specialises in driving change and culture and helping individuals and teams to understand and apply their values (personal and organisational) in everything they do. Previously she was a HR and Operations Director, leading a team of professionals across Europe, driving the HR strategy and implementing Learning and Development programs. Gemma is a certified Executive Coach and currently volunteer as a Governor / Chair of Governor for two schools.
