With over a decade of experience at ASUS, Julien has developed significant expertise in product management, strategy development, and market analysis across various regions and product categories. His professional journey commenced as a Key Account Sales Specialist in the Noisy-Le-Grand region of France, where he managed inventory and accounts for ASUS's official distributors and key accounts, coordinated quarterly marketing actions, and conducted competition analysis.

As he progressed to the role of Country Product Manager for AiO/Desktop/MiniPC in France, he became responsible for developing business strategies, product portfolios, and market plans based on customer requirements and competitive market analysis. He effectively organized business operations with internal teams and provided training to deliver product roadmaps and strengths.

His scope expanded when I assumed the role of Country Product Manager for VGA/Multimedia/Gaming Peripherals. In this capacity, he developed market-specific strategies and product portfolios, coordinated with key partners like Nvidia and AMD for successful co-promotions, and managed business operations across various channels. Additionally, he played a crucial role in account management and training new product managers.

Currently, he serve as the Display Territory Product Manager for EMEA. Initially based at ASUS's worldwide headquarters in Taipei before relocating to the European headquarters in the Netherlands, he has established the EMEA go-to-market strategy for monitor products. His responsibilities include managing profit and loss through product mix monitoring, leading local product managers, and training on new technologies. He is skilled at building strong analysis tools, creating PowerBI visualizations, and analyzing third-party reports to provide precise market information and recommendations for product planning.

Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a keen ability to adapt to different markets, lead cross-functional teams, and drive strategic initiatives that contribute to ASUS's success in the highly competitive tech industry.
