Internship Overview:
- Duration & Commitment: 3 months, 4-days/week, 08:00-16:00 OR 09:00-17:00.
- Reporting: Interns report once or twice weekly (via email or online meeting).
- Certification: Completion certificate issued upon finishing internship.
- Intake: Positions available year-round, with higher volumes during summer/winter vacations.
Role Description:
As an Online Learning Assistant, you will help the Wildlife Forensic Academy create and adapt digital training programs for Asian audiences. You will:
- Translate existing e-learning modules and associated instructional materials into Mandarin, ensuring linguistic accuracy and cultural appropriateness.
- Review and adapt current e-learning content to improve relevance and engagement for Asian target markets, including contextual examples and region-specific considerations.
- Create the Mandarin voiceovers for the current e-learning modules.
- Plan, script, and assist with the recording of instructional video content for integration into e-learning modules.
- Plan and conduct interviews with relevant professionals and subject-matter experts on topics aligned with the e-learning modules, and prepare these materials for inclusion in the courses.
- Assist in the development of marketing and promotional materials to support the dissemination of e-learning modules within Asian markets.
- Collaborate with other interns and team members on e-learning–related tasks, contributing to shared project objectives and timelines.
- Support general e-learning development activities, including content organisation, quality assurance, and iterative improvements based on feedback.
- Assist with general day to day tasks at the Academy pertaining to courses as well as research projects
