With extensive hands-on experience in capital raising, corporate acquisitions, IPO preparation, internal audits, and overall management of administrative departments at major companies such as ROHM Co.,Ltd. (a leading semiconductor manufacturer), Reins International Inc. (which built multiple No.1 business models in Japan, including Gyu-Kaku, later acquiring the am/pm convenience store chain and the luxury supermarket Seijo Ishii), and CyberAgent Group, he has served as an executive at companies listed on the Mothers market and other companies preparing for IPOs. He is particularly experienced in strategic planning, business alliances, and other operational tasks. He later established Soleil Management Solutions Co., Ltd.
