After graduating from university, Sho Fukuda joined Pasona Inc. First, he engaged in sales of HR services such as temporary staffing, mainly for financial institutions in Tokyo. He then transferred to a regional branch as a sales manager, being responsible for HR services such as temporary staffing as well as sales proposals for outsourcing services for the prefecture. He was awarded MVP of the Sales Branch for the first half of 2017. He then returned to Tokyo as a sales manager for financial institutions, and then transferred to the Cabinet Office to as a policy researcher in the Gender Equality Bureau. He engaged in a wide variety of activities, including policy implementation, research, and statistical surveys. After returning from the Cabinet Office, he moved to Awaji Island and was appointed as the head of a new department that envision the future of Awaji.

Our mission is to globalize Awaji Island with an eye on the 2025 Osaka Expo by cooperating with international organizations, universities, etc. and attracting tourists from around the globe. The division has about twenty members, including global talent from over 7 countries. Our many diverse projects involve working with different internal departments and external agencies.

The Global Business Division provides global recruiting and HR management services for international business customers, plans and facilitates career support events, and runs global marketing campaigns in relation to these services, among other services.

As spokespeople for Pasona Group, the Public Relations Division develops PR campaigns and media relations strategies, creates promotional material, prepares, and distributes press releases, organizes PR events, and seeks opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising. Current PR projects include the regional revitalization project around the HQ move to Awaji Island and the Awaji Island West Coast resort, as well as the Pasona Natureverse – the Pasona Group pavilion at the 2025 Osaka Expo.

The Architectural Design Unit creates concepts and initial layouts/floor plans for upcoming construction projects in close communication with the in-house design team and other stakeholders. Other work includes conceptualizing interior designs, creating 3D models, and documenting existing facilities for future reference.
