Tithamatak Chhim is an energetic, knowledge-hungered and result-oriented fresh graduate who is really passionate about making changes to the Cambodian society, especially through education development. He has been involved in education and technology for the past five years with various local and international organizations. He is also very passionate about improving education quality in Cambodia through innovation and entrepreneurship. He loves exploring new technologies, and he wants to play a role in utilizing those technologies to make education free and accessible anywhere and anytime.

Internship Job Description

Program Support:

Assist in the effective implementation and coordination of at least two of our key programs related to agriculture, tourism, and the environment.
Engage with stakeholders, participants, and partners to ensure smooth program execution.

Operational Support:

Provide administrative and logistical support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of programs.
Assist in organizing workshops, webinars, and meetings related to the programs.
Help in data collection, entry, and basic analysis for ongoing program assessment.

Collaboration& Learning:

Work closely with the Program Manager, benefiting from direct mentorship and guidance.
Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and strategic discussions.

Preferred Intern Education Level

Undergraduate students

Preferred Intern Skill Sets or Qualities

A keen interest in agriculture, tourism, and/or the environment.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
Prior experience or academic background in related fields is a plus.

Internship Job Description

Community Engagement:

Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of community events such as workshops, meet-ups, and panels.
Actively engage with our community members, identifying their needs and facilitating connections.

Resource Management:

Update and maintain our online resource portal with relevant tools, articles, and opportunities.
Gather feedback from alumni and entrepreneurs to continuously improve our support and tailor it to their evolving needs.
Engage with our community to gather feedback and identify their needs, challenges, and opportunities. Compile and present insights to inform department strategy.

Administrative Support:

Provide logistical and operational support for the day-to-day activities of the department.
Assist in data collection and reporting for impact assessment.
Content Creation: Contribute to the development of engaging content, such as newsletters, blog posts, and social media updates, to keep our community informed and involved.

Mentorship Program Support:

Assist in the pairing and scheduling of mentorship sessions between community members and industry experts.
Collect and analyze feedback to assess the effectiveness of the mentorship program.

Partnership and Funding:

Collaborate with the team to identify potential partnership opportunities and funding sources that can sustain and expand our department's initiatives.
