In 2019, with hopes for the future, Yu, Hung-Wen embarked on his entrepreneurial journey, starting in Yunlin and working hard to find opportunities to build his own business.
In the following years, he actively participated in community events, such as charity basketball games and local revitalization lectures, helping small farmers establish their brands. After founding “Chuang Li Integration Marketing,” he shared his experiences at several forums, gaining a deeper understanding of industry trends. Later, he founded “CrepowerMay,” “Chuang Li Guo ,” “Chuang Li YUN,” and “Creator Digital Marketing,” expanding the business across Taiwan and into Vietnam.
In 2023, his enterprise entered the international market, facing challenges such as cultural differences and competition. He has remained committed to my dreams, continuously advancing while contributing to both my business and society, all while cherishing the support of his family and friends.

The IT department is responsible for managing, supporting, and innovating the company's information technology, serving as the core department driving digital transformation. Key responsibilities include maintaining IT infrastructure, system development and integration, data security, and technical support to ensure stable, secure, and efficient operations.
The IT department not only provides technical support and troubleshooting but also continuously explores innovative solutions to drive business process optimization and digitization. Through the efforts of the professional team, the IT department enhances the company's competitiveness in the digital age while maintaining business continuity.
The intern will assist with tasks such as infrastructure maintenance, data management, system testing, and troubleshooting, and will participate in the project development process while supporting the department’s daily IT needs. This position requires basic IT knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a passion for learning new technologies.
Good communication and collaboration skills are a plus, as they will help effectively assist with cross-departmental technical support. Through the internship, the intern will gain practical experience, improve technical skills, and lay the foundation for future career development in the information technology field.

The marketing department is responsible for the company’s brand promotion, product positioning, and market activity planning, serving as the core department for increasing brand awareness and driving sales growth. Key tasks include market research, developing marketing strategies, advertising, and digital marketing, as well as enhancing customer loyalty through multi-channel promotion.
The marketing team is also responsible for cross-departmental collaboration, supporting new product launches, event planning, and other projects, while using data analysis to continuously optimize marketing effectiveness. Dedicated to innovative marketing methods, the team analyzes market trends to establish competitive advantages and achieve growth in brand value and business objectives.
The intern will assist in the planning and execution of marketing activities, suitable for students interested in marketing strategies and creative planning. Key responsibilities include supporting market research, data organization, creative brainstorming, content writing, and the daily operation of social media.
The intern will also participate in event preparation, advertisement material production, data tracking, and other tasks, learning cross-departmental collaboration and communication skills. This position requires basic marketing knowledge, good communication skills, creative thinking, and familiarity with office software and social media platforms.

1.) Create event ideas: Within the budget, come up with new and creative ideas to plan various interesting, fun, and meaningful events. For example, organizing a bonfire night to strengthen team bonding.

3.) Write event reports: Document the event’s outcomes and evaluations with photos, charts, or written records to present the results.
