I enjoyed the traineeship program in Orix a lot. Not only did I learn the knowledge of electricity trade, but I also strengthened my Japanese ability to express my ideas in a professional field. During the two weeks, we were able to join several meetings with other departments and other companies. The department also held some welcome parties for us to experience the cultures of Izakaya. Mentors and the team members we met in these two weeks are all kinds to help us and share everything they know and use simple ways to explain to make sure we fully understand the content in Japanese and respect every opinion we had, which emphasizes again the core value of Orix to respect various opinions and turn it into power.
