Overall, I see Orix as a company with the order and courtesy typical of Japanese enterprises, yet it also embraces flexibility. From senior colleagues, I gained a spirit of continuous self-challenge and exploration of new domains. Many of them have worked in entirely different departments, encouraging me to embrace challenges in areas I am passionate about while still young. This serves as a strong motivation for me to continue pursuing a career in the financial sector. I highly recommend the Orix internship program to those who aspire to develop their careers in Japan. I would also suggest that participants practice expressing themselves in Japanese and learn about Japanese business etiquette. Regardless of your proficiency in Japanese, I believe it's crucial during the internship to courageously express your thoughts and attempt to ask questions. Asking questions allows us to learn more.
