During my time at CRAG, I had the opportunity to collaborate closely with other scientists in my research group, which emphasized the importance of effective communication and teamwork. This experience taught me to be more confident in my interactions, especially when it came to asking questions or asking for clarification when I was unsure about things. Because of their extensive years of experience, I learned a lot from my colleagues as they were very patient in teaching me the ropes and explained things to me in an understandable way.
