During my internship, I absorbed as well as how I applied my current knowledge to practice. I am glad to get involved in both B2C and B2B projects in the company. TG0 is a very friendly but innovative environment with a lot of creative minds from different cultural backgrounds. The company consists of a very diverse ethnic group, including the British people, Middle Eastern, East Asian, European, West Asian, etc., and it fascinates me how well everyone can cooperate. I also appreciate the fact that my senior colleagues always take the initiative to ask for my input and opinions during the meetings and really take it into consideration seriously. It shows how they emphasize less on the strict hierarchy and value openness and exchange of ideas. Although it took me a while to adjust to the new lifestyle of full-time working life and a new local environment, I have grown fond of it and keep cherishing every remaining time I had here.
