Overall, this internship has been invaluable. Through the process of adaptation, I have forged valuable friendships and cultural exchanges with the staff, and shared many joyful moments with the children. The spinning top project and film project, though imperfect, have provided me with significant experience in managing order and controlling the classroom. More importantly, I have witnessed firsthand how incompetence and stubbornness at the top can lead to internal chaos, while social media marketing and extensive advertising create a misleadingly polished external image.
