At times, working here can be challenging due to the lack of systematic planning. Therefore, collaborating with others requires being mentally prepared for constant adjustments. While this informal style can impede efficiency, for me, it presents a novel challenge. I must adapt my usual approach and not be overly utilitarian. Instead, I need to understand and adapt to the pace of working with different individuals, focusing on interpersonal interactions rather than just outcomes. Although the initial goals might not always be achieved, the unexpected outcomes during the collaborative process often bring pleasant surprises.
