Japanese ability is a critically important necessity, it’s not just saying with JPLT N1 certification then everything would be fine, since nearly every conversation was in Japanese regardless of lecture, work time or lunch time, it’d be harsh for those who can’t understanding the meaning or express opinions fluently, but in contrast, one may not have any qualification or certification if one’s Japanese oral, listening and typing ability is enough for at least to daily conversation level, furthermore, I’d recommend to prepare some gossip topics related to both Taiwan and Japan, and self-introduction for there were many occasions that requested us to introduce ourselves, and of course, all in Japanese.
