Bachelor in Chinese Literature
In each of the three internship departments, we had the opportunity to make presentations. During these presentations, the emphasis was not only on organizing data but also on articulating our own thoughts. In the Supply and Demand Administration Department, our supervisor asked us to read Apple's sustainability report, understand Apple's perspectives and requirements regarding green energy, and contemplate the directions ORIX could strive towards. Despite being just an intern, I tried hard to contribute my ideas, and both the department head and senior colleagues provided valuable feedback. At ORIX, everyone's opinions are highly regarded, fostering an environment that encourages open and equal discussions. I find this particularly valuable.
