Master in Horticulture and Landscape Architecture
Throughout my internship, I participated in various workshops and events organized for staff and interns. A notable experience was the full-day QGIS training workshop hosted by the MSB Partnership team, where I acquired essential skills to map the distributions of missing genera and species across Sub-Saharan African countries. Additionally, I participated in a Tree Seed Collection Training session, which provided firsthand experience in the practical aspects of seed collection. One of the highlights of my placement was the opportunity to join the UK seed collection team on several field trips to South Downs. These experiences allowed me to observe the seed collection process in a real-world setting.
