Bachelor in Sociology
During my internship, I rotated across departments, including CPM, marketing, and sales, and engaged with technical, customer service, and HR teams through cross-team meetings. I learned the mindset and sense of data, realizing that learning by doing is the fastest way to grow because problems must be fixed along the way. I discovered the importance of finding problems and solving them collectively while keeping all stakeholders in the loop. The open organizational culture, knowledge sharing, and daily relationship-building greatly supported collaboration. My CPM work involved go-to-market strategies, product life cycle planning, competitive analysis, channel management, and pricing. In marketing, I contributed to message strategies, key selling points, customer journeys, and product launch activities. Sales insights included customer feedback and channel sales. This internship deepened my understanding of global tech product management and strengthened my goal to become a big-tech PM overseas, gaining invaluable business, technology, and market knowledge in the Japanese context.
