NTU Overseas Internship Program Orientation

Organized by NTU’s Office of International Affairs (OIA), the Overseas Internship Program offers opportunities for our students to study abroad or intern at overseas enterprises, NGOs and research institutes during summer vacation.

Adopting the Mentorship program, our affiliated internship organizations will assign “mentors” and guide selected interns to carry out cultural exchange, work experience and international services.

In addition to an overview of the program, OIA is also honored to have invited two guest speakers to share insights on internship job content and life surrounding the respective internship program, including:

- Mr. Chen-Yu Chiu, CEO from Taiwan Reyhanli Centre for World Citizens;

- Ms. Emily Tao, Project Director from Step30 International Ministries

Mr. Chiu focuses on how to create a path under racial conflicts and political entanglement, transform military fences into humanitarian facilities and eliminate conflicts and improve poverty with education; Ms. Tao explains how to expand resource aid to public health education and community development, which will enable local residents to make a change on their own.
