2020年PASONA階段性將總部遷往位於兵庫縣瀨戶內海東部的淡路島，不僅為員工創造「真正豐富的生活方式及多元的工作型態」，更試圖以企業的身份解決社會問題，在島上打造文化、藝術、健康、美食、教育等活動，加速當地多元產業的萌生，為淡路島創造大量就業機會，並帶來大量國際人才。
臺大與PASONA集團合作，將於2025年6月選送臺大系統學生至淡路島見習7天，觀摩及參與 PASONA 於島上進行的多樣活動，參訪永續建築本福寺水御堂、夢舞台；並至集團經營之二次元之森等主題樂園體驗 ，在周末時也能實際前往2025世界博覽會現場體驗 PASONA 於 2025關西世博將展覽的「PASONA Natureverse」之核心概念及探索神戶市區！

■ 臺大－PASONA 淡路島地方創生見習團
招募對象：臺大系統（臺大、臺科大、臺師大）在學學位生18名（若為應屆畢業生，見習期間仍須保有學籍）
見習期間：2025年6月24日（二）至6月30日（一）
報名期間：2025年3月14日（五）至4月7日（一）

1. 報名費：新臺幣 1,000元整【恕不退還】
2. 計畫費：新臺幣 5,000元整【錄取後才須繳交，恕不退還】

臺大學生補助名額與額度：一般生補助新臺幣20,000元（至多出團人數50%）；經濟不利之本地生可向學務處申請夢田深耕補助 (連結)；經濟不利之非中華民國籍學生得提出相關證明並經本處審定後，比照夢田深耕計畫之國際交流方案，酌增本獎學金之獎助額度。
臺科大、臺師大學生補助名額與額度：國立臺灣大學系統將擇優臺科大、臺師大各一名學生發給獎學金新台幣20,000元。
Regional Revitalization X Expo2025 X Sustainable Communities X Cultural Heritage
Curious about how PASONA revitalizes Awaji Island, the birthplace of Japan? Join us as we unveil PASONA’s regional revitalization strategy!
In 2020, PASONA relocated its headquarters to Awaji Island, located in the eastern part of the Seto Inland Sea in Hyogo Prefecture. The company aims not only to create an “enriching lifestyle and diverse work styles” for its employees but to address societal issues through corporate initiatives. By developing activities related to culture, art, health, cuisine, and education, PASONA is accelerating the growth of various industries on the island, generating numerous job opportunities and attracting international talent.
In collaboration with PASONA, NTU will select students to participate in a 7-day summer traineeship on Awaji Island in June 2025. Students will observe and engage in various activities organized by PASONA on the island, visit sustainable architecture sites like the Honpukuji Temple– The Water Temple (Mizumido) and Yumebutai. They will also have the opportunity to experience theme parks such as Nijigen no Mori, and explore the core concept of PASONA’s Natureverse exhibit in the 2025 Osaka Expo and Kobe city on the weekend.
■ 2025 Summer NTU x PASONA Traineeship - Awaji: Revitalizing a Timeless Island
1. Application Fee: NT$1,000 (non-refundable)
2. Program Fee: NT$5,000 (submission is required after admission; non-refundable)
3. Group Fee: NT$45,000 (submission is required after admission; non-refundable, covers part of meals, accommodation, transportation, and related activities)
4. Airfare, personal expenses, and some meals are at the participant's own expense

Scholarship Quota and Amount for NTU students:
Scholarship Quota and Amount for NTNU & NTUST student: The National Taiwan University System will award a scholarship of NT$20,000 each to one outstanding student from Taiwan Tech (National Taiwan University of Science and Technology) and NTNU (National Taiwan Normal University).
