在為期 8 天的見習期間，你將走進 BYUH 校園與著名的 Laie 社區，與來自世界各地的學生並肩交流 🤝。透過實地走訪校方商業夥伴與文化據點，你將深入瞭解夏威夷如何將「玻里尼西亞文化」轉化為具備國際影響力的商業模式，並在著名的玻里尼西亞文化中心 (PCC) 中，看見傳統遺產如何與現代營運接軌。
這個見習團不是走馬看花的觀光行程，而是讓你沉浸在夏威夷的商務實務與多元族群智慧中 💡。從 Laie 的學術氛圍到檀香山市區的城市脈動，你將從觀察者轉變為實踐者，探索島嶼永續發展的多種可能，並在跨文化的碰撞中提升全球競爭力！
透過這次見習，你將跨越教室邊界，從野外園區到企業現場，真正成為具備跨文化思維與國際商務觀的專業生力軍！

Ready to explore the intersection of cultural heritage andglobal business in the heart of the Pacific? Join the NTU x BYU–HawaiiSummer Traineeship and immerse yourself in a unique learning adventure onthe North Shore of Oahu!
During this 8-day program, you will step beyond theclassroom and into the vibrant community of Laie. In collaboration with BrighamYoung University–Hawaii (BYUH), you will engage with local students, toursacred cultural landmarks, and visit business partners to see firsthand how the"Spirit of Aloha" drives sustainable industry and tourism.
This isn't your average island getaway—it's an immersivedive into the professional and cultural landscape of Hawaii. From the renowned PolynesianCultural Center to the urban energy of UH Mānoa in Honolulu, you’llgain a deep understanding of how tradition fuels innovation, transitioning froma student to a global-minded practitioner.
Through this traineeship, you will explore the synergybetween education and industry, preparing yourself to be a bridge-builder in anincreasingly interconnected world!
