【二、研究實習計畫】

• 研究內容簡介：專注於結合學習與互動的機器人研究，探索如何讓機器人在複雜環境中進行決策與互動。
• 期待學生教育程度：大三（含）以上大學生、碩士生、博士生。
• 期待學生技能與特質：

o  對體現智能(Embodied AI)或機器人學具有強烈好奇心與興趣。

o  具備AI決策相關知識，例如：規劃(Planning)、馬可夫決策過程(MDPs)或強化學習(RL)。

o  具備機器學習工具箱使用經驗，如PyTorch與Hugging Face。

• 其他要求：具備能夠以英文進行口頭研究討論的能力。
• 實習行政資訊：

o  可接受期長：暑期，典型時長為12-16週（經討論可延長）。

o  接受名額：2名。

o  簽證文件辦理：

§  辦理方式：由 PI 透過國際處申請，時長預計小於 1 個月。

§  備註：學校使用J1 Visiting Student簽證。

o  相關費用：

§  PI負擔簽證服務費用。

§  住宿由學生自行尋覓（無補助），但暑假期間可申請校內自費宿舍。

II. Research Internship Program

• Research Overview: The lab focuses on integrating learning and interaction in robotics, exploring how robots can make decisions and interact effectively in complex environments.

• Target Student Level: Undergraduate students (junior year and above), master’s students, and Ph.D. students

• Expected Skills and Qualifications:

o  Strong curiosity and interest in Embodied AI orrobotics

o  Knowledge of AI decision-making concepts, such as planning, Markov Decision Processes (MDPs), or reinforcement learning (RL)

o  Experience using machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch and Hugging Face

• Additional Requirement:

o  Ability to participate in oral researchdiscussions in English

o  Available Duration: Summeror; typical duration is 12–16 weeks (extendable upon discussion)
