The Corporate Planning department plays a strategic role in shaping an organization’s long-term direction by analyzing market trends, evaluating business performance, and driving key initiatives. Its core responsibilities include developing and refining corporate strategies in alignment with organizational goals, ensuring sustainable growth and competitive advantage.
The strategic planning team conducts comprehensive market research, formulate internal policies, and scenario planning to identify opportunities and risks, providing data-driven insights to senior leadership. Additionally, it oversees the annual budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring resource allocation aligns with strategic priorities.
The marketing team facilitates cross-departmental collaboration to ensure strategic alignment across business units, fostering cohesive execution of company-wide initiatives. Also, the team prepares high-quality reports/presentation for senior managements regularly, to articulate the company’s business goal, target and performance.
By integrating market intelligence with internal capabilities, the Corporate Planning department enables informed decision-making, operational efficiency, and long-term business resilience. Its work ensures the organization remains agile, forward-thinking, and well-positioned for future challenges and opportunities.
The primary responsibilities of the intern include gaining an understanding of the development and future trends of the securities industry, as well as observing the company’s domestic and international business strategies. The intern will support departmental projects by assisting in data collection and analysis according to project requirements.
After completing key assignments within the Corporate Planning Department during the initial weeks, the intern will be assigned to brokerage and wealth management relevant business units to support ongoing tasks. This assignment is designed to provide the intern with a comprehensive understanding and learning experience within the securities industry.
