
Armyn Hadis was born in Jakarta, Indonesia, and moved to the United States at the age of 13, growing up in Orange County, California. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Southern California (USC), which laid the foundation for a 25-year career focused on operational excellence and process improvement.
Throughout his professional journey with UPS, Yum! Brands, and Jack in the Box, Armyn specialized in industrial engineering—driving continuous improvement, innovation, and productivity across large-scale operations. His career has been defined by efficiency, strategic thinking, and a results-oriented mindset.
After decades in the United States, Armyn returned to Indonesia to join MMS Group, bringing his global experience and leadership home to contribute to Indonesia’s expanding industrial and manufacturing landscape, while deepening his engagement on the business side.
A passionate traveler, he has explored nearly 30 countries with his family, valuing the lessons and perspectives gained from diverse cultures. He also enjoys working out, believing that physical discipline and mental strength go hand in hand in both life and leadership.
The Nickel Smelter Operations Department is responsible for managing and optimizing the transformation of nickel ore into high-purity nickel products. Its work covers the full smelting process—from ore input, thermal processing, and metal recovery to refining—while ensuring the highest standards of operational safety, environmental compliance, and production efficiency. The department collaborates closely with maintenance, safety, quality control, and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement and consistently achieve production targets.
