Irene is an Organization Development Manager at LH Bank. With experience spanning both the financial and semiconductor industries, she has developed expertise across multiple HR functions, including organizational development, talent management, performance management, recruitment, employer branding and DEI.
Irene began her HR career at CTBC Bank, focusing on HR policy and planning, organizational design, and performance management. She later joined Micron Technology to support talent acquisition, university relations, and DEI initiatives. She subsequently expanded her experience into Engineering PMO role, driving organizational projects, leadership development, and cross-functional collaboration.
Irene joined LH Bank and moved to Bangkok In 2025, she currently focuses on leading org effectiveness initiatives and HR projects.
