Business Operations & Insights covers two functions across our European Offices. Business Operations owns process and system change across Sales & Marketing. When a workflow is broken, slow, or different in every office, we map it, agree what it should look like, and put the tooling and documentation in place to make it stick. That means integrating and automating the tools teams already use, evaluating new ones properly before anyone buys them, and writing the SOPs so a process survives people changing roles. We also run the projects themselves, so improvements don't stall because nobody owns the next step.
Business Insights provides the analytics layer: the sales revenue dashboards, analysis requests from regional sales teams, and market research feeding pan-European pricing decisions.
Our goal is simple. Sales and marketing people should be selling and marketing, not maintaining spreadsheets or arguing with a CRM. Where a process can be standardized across our three European offices, it should be. Where it can be automated, it should be.
Our job in Business Operations is working out the needs of the internal Sales and Marketing teams, deciding the right solution, then building it.
What we build depends on the problem. Sometimes it's an API integration between two systems that should already talk. Sometimes it's a script that kills a manual step. Increasingly it's an internal tool, built with AI coding agents, to solve specific needs in our business. You will have the opportunity to not only holistically understand the business but also write software that helps improve the workflows of colleagues across Europe.
As we build software with AI coding agents, the bottleneck isn't how fast you can write code. It's knowing what to build, being deliberate and honest about whether it's worth building.
