Ken Li was born and raised in Taipei, Taiwan, he began his banking career in 2013, right after completing his master's degree at National Taiwan University. Over more than a decade in corporate banking, he has served clients across the full range of business size, from micro and small enterprises to mid-to-large corporations and major conglomerates, spanning a wide variety of industries.
Ken started at Taishin International Bank in Taipei, supporting small and medium-sized enterprises. He then joined CTBC Bank's corporate banking team, where he covered large Taiwan-listed groups and worked on syndicated loans and structured finance. Since 2022, he has been a Relationship Manager in the International Business Division of Land and Houses Bank (LH BANK) in Bangkok, serving Thai affiliates of Taiwanese and other foreign companies. His core expertise lies in financial statement analysis, industry analysis, and risk identification, which are the foundations of sound corporate credit judgment.
Teaching has long been part of Ken's life. As a student, he tutored statistics, microeconomics, and macroeconomics, and he still enjoys helping others turn theory into practical insight.
Outside the office, Ken stays active through golf, running, swimming, and strength training. He is also a keen food lover who enjoys whisky and tasting red and white wines, interests he often finds are a great way to connect with clients and colleagues.
As a mentor, Ken hopes to bring together his teaching experience, hands-on banking practice, and life beyond work to give interns well-rounded support: building solid analytical skills, understanding how real credit decisions are made, and finding a healthy balance between professional growth and personal life.
