Naama Lahav serves as a R&D team leader at Incredo where she leads the development of new technologies and products. In addition, she is the product manager for the first-of-its-kind sugar reduction solution made from real sugar, Incredo Sugar. Lahav shares in the company's mission to curb the overconsumption of sugar by empowering both tasty and nutritious eating. She has been with company for 5 years and brings years of research experience in various areas of chemistry.
The R&D team is responsible for developing new technologies for future pipeline and supporting existing products. The department is a highly innovative multidisciplinary environment, the core of the company, where all new things begin. Researchers in the department develop the product from the initial idea to POC, through scale-up, QA, optimization, shelf life and more until we reach the finished product.
