Natalie Ben Abu serves as a R&D team leader at Incredo where she leads the development of new products and technologies. Specifically, she is responsible for the development and definition of the first-of-its-kind sugar reduction replacement made from real white sugar, Incredo Sugar. In Addition, Ben Abu brings years of hands-on research experience in biochemistry and food science focusing on receptor activation mechanism. Natalie shares in the company's mission to curb the overconsumption of sugar by empowering both tasty and nutritious eating.
The R&D team is responsible for developing new technologies for future pipeline and supporting existing products. The department is a highly innovative multidisciplinary environment, the core of the company, where all new things begin. Researchers in the department develop the product from the initial idea to POC, through scale-up, QA, optimization, shelf life and more until we reach the finished product.
