Pey-Jiun Luo is the Country Director of the Taiwan Fund for Children and Families (TFCF), Jordan Branch Office. Prior to this role, she accrued over six years of experience leading international development programs in various overseas branch offices of the Taiwan Fund for Children and Families, including Taiwan, Eswatini, and Jordan. Luo's work focuses on education, community development, and capacity building initiatives that promote equity and sustainable growth. Skilled in project cycle management, budgeting, and sponsor reporting, Luo has successfully managed cross-functional teams and collaborated with government agencies, local NGOs, and community-based organizations to ensure program accountability and effectiveness.
