Roman pursued his studies in Electrical Engineering and Informatics at Brno University of Technology. Following his successful graduation, he embarked on his professional journey as a Test Engineer at Inventec. After two years, he made the decision to join Wistron in the role of PME DT. Leveraging his extensive knowledge, practical experience, unwavering determination, and exceptional managerial acumen, he progressively advanced to his current position as Deputy Plant Manager. In this role, he bears ongoing responsibility for the entire Engineering & Product Management Department. Roman is a dynamic manager always ready to lend a helping hand to new colleagues.
