Ting Chan brings 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. She played a key role in the pre-opening preparation and launch of Hua Deng Fang and One Mall, two commercial projects under the Commerce & Trade Business Group of Walsin Corporation.
Since 2024, she has served as Head of Marketing & Promotions at One Mall, where she is responsible for formulating and executing the project's overall marketing strategy. Since the mall's opening, she has overseen more than 1,000 events, driving over 10 million visitors.
Specializing in marketing strategy for large-scale commercial properties, media relations, and integrated execution, Ting led her team in launching a series of first-of-their-kind themed events. These include China's inaugural Burger Festival, China Craft Beer Festival, and Carb Lovers' Bread Festival. These events became benchmark events in Nanjing, and their success has since been replicated in cities across China.
Leveraging the mall's prime location, she also brought in and developed official pop-up stores for celebrities such as Jay Chou and Leehom Wang. These efforts positioned One Mall as one of the few destinations in Nanjing that brings together healthy living, family experiences, and music and aesthetics.
