Bachelor in Finance
During my traineeship at ORIX, I was assigned to the Energy and Eco Services Business Headquarters, where I rotated through 3 departments, learned from 9 teams, and completed 4 proposal presentations in Japanese. The biggest challenge for me was working in a highly technical environment and joining group discussions with 1st-year employees after studying Japanese for only 2 years. Being able to ask questions, share my ideas, and learn from experienced colleagues helped me grow tremendously. This internship was the closest to my ideal career path and strengthened my determination to build a long-term career in Japan. I highly recommend this program to future participants. Challenge yourself, make the most of every opportunity, and learn as much as you can!
