Master in Business Administration
My internship at the Leonardo-Office Saxony, located within TU Dresden, has been one of the most enriching and transformative professional experiences of my career. I worked as an overseas incoming student internship coordinator, supporting Erasmus+ placements. A key responsibility was guiding international students through administrative processes. I also designed the welcome guide for incoming students and standardized current processes using Microsoft functions. One of my most meaningful contributions was creating internal guidelines and checklists now used for training. I attended the onboarding event for SIIP students and a TSMC event about their semiconductor strategy. This internship deepened my understanding of German work values and intercultural communication. Living in Dresden pushed me out of my comfort zone and strengthened my confidence and problem-solving. I’m grateful for the mentorship I received and proud to have contributed to the Erasmus+ mission. This experience reaffirmed my goal of pursuing a career in international HR and mobility.
