All in all, I found this traineeship to be a truly fulfilling experience. Beyond its impact on individuals, I see this traineeship as a meaningful transition in how we define "education" at NTU. Learning should not be confined to textbooks and classrooms—opportunities like this, which immerse students in real-world experiences, are profoundly valuable.
