Pasona’s multi-faceted approach—combining employment, technology, and cultural initiatives—has made Awaji Island a model for sustainable regional development. This trip also prompted me to reflect on how similar strategies could be adapted to Taiwan, especially in rural revitalization and workforce transformation.
