Interestingly, I feel I've learned the most not from my own tasks, but from what I observe around me — conversations I overhear, how my colleagues prioritize their work, and the small talks we have. It's the little things that struck me most. For example, I was amazed by how much detail goes into inclusivity here. In the brand guidelines, there's a whole page — a colour cheat sheet — comparing the accessibility of different colour combinations. That tells you how much they care about the experience they create for people. I've also seen how they really live out the values they advocate for in their everyday work — for example, the way they respect everyone's autonomy, and the flexibility and trust around taking time off. That's quite rare in Asian workplace culture. Beyond that, I've learned a lot from international colleagues my own age.
