The study tour taught me that global competence is not simply about speaking foreign languages or traveling abroad. It involves understanding diverse perspectives, appreciating cultural differences, and recognizing our shared responsibility in creating a more sustainable and inclusive future. Every conversation, every company visit, and every cultural experience contributed to my personal growth and reinforced the importance of lifelong learning in an interconnected world.
