My internship at ZYTCA has been an incredible learning experience that goes beyond just gaining technical skills. I got to work on real projects, learn from experienced mentors, and be part of a startup culture where ideas are welcomed and everyone supports each other. It gave me a deeper understanding of how research and software development actually happen in the industry—not just the theory we learn in school. Beyond that, living and working in Oxford added a whole new dimension to the experience, showing me what it’s like to be in one of the best academic environments in the world. If you’re someone who wants to grow fast, explore different roles, and maybe even consider pursuing a Master’s or PhD in the UK in the future, I really think this internship will help you a lot. It’s a unique chance to gain hands-on experience, build valuable connections, and get inspired for what’s next in your academic or professional journey.
