Master in Social Sciences
During my internship, I was involved in preparing the new Tokyo office, planning and implementing events, researching the startup ecosystem, supporting external communications, and coordinating with various partners and stakeholders. These experiences helped me understand that international collaboration involves much more than translating between languages. More importantly, it requires an understanding of the differences between countries in terms of workplace culture, communication styles, organizational practices, and expectations for collaboration, as well as the ability to translate those differences into practical action. I do not regard this internship as an isolated experience that has already ended. Instead, I see it as an important starting point in my journey toward becoming a cross-border professional. In the future, I hope to connect people, organizations, and development opportunities across different countries in a meaningful and practical way.
