Through this internship, I realized the importance of proactive preparation and initiative—from independently gathering program information to contacting my professor in advance and preparing academically before arrival. During the program, I experienced a structured yet hands-on research environment, where daily experiments, close mentorship, and regular lab meetings strengthened both my technical skills and understanding of real research workflows. Beyond the lab, engaging in academic events and cultural exploration broadened my perspective, making this not only a valuable research experience but also a transformative opportunity for personal and academic growth.
