CAMP may not technically be a startup, yet its flat structure and work style felt distinctly startup-like. The engineering team followed a hybrid schedule: three office days each week, with the rest remote. We had broad flexibility over when and how we worked. Our office was on the 45th floor of the AXA Tower beside Kuningan City Mall, offering an exceptional view that made me excited to come in each day. It was equally welcoming, stocked with snacks and an abundance of board games. Kelvina also occasionally brought in homemade food and desserts, and my favorite was her mango sago. At CAMP, I grew as an engineer through meaningful responsibility, startup-like autonomy, and firsthand exposure to Web3 and fintech, helping me envision an entirely new horizon for my life.
