If I had to summarize these three days in a single sentence, I would say: more than any framework or tool from the lectures, what truly remained was the interaction with this group of people. Looking back, the most valuable takeaway from these three days was not mastering any single framework, but building genuine connections in a short span with a group of driven, ambitious peers. Whether it was teammates deliberating pitches late into the night or strangers chatting casually about career paths in the hallway, these exchanges turned the Academy from a mere resume booster into an unforgettable milestone. This experience will serve as a remarkably solid foundation as I prepare to pursue my master’s in actuarial science in Hong Kong and step into the insurance consulting industry with a clearer sense of purpose.
