It is a good internship experience. As for high Japanese level work like transcription or writing, I still relied on others. Employees are very supportive, and I could learn more about Japanese politics by joining internal events and meetings. The only issue is that it is not a very structured program with specific projects or goals, so setting one’s own learning goals and seeking feedback is important to avoid feeling lost. Still, it was an interesting experience to work in such a unique company.
